Create a View sorted by NoteID in your events4.nsf

Make sure you do it on the same server where this error is being reported...

09/09/2009 09:55:12 AM Event: Unable to load event handler document (note ID 0xAFEA). Event handler documents that run programs, agents, or console commands must be signed by an administrator of this server: (Event handler document is signed by who is
not an administrator on this server.)

Should be able to find Note ID 0xAFEA and then just have admin open, edit and save and it will get resigned...
